Minibus and minivan transfers for your party
Private group transport lets your party travel together with a vehicle chosen for your needs. Tell us how many adults and children are travelling and how much luggage you will bring.
Vehicle categories and seat layouts vary by destination. Check the confirmed passenger and luggage allowance rather than choosing by vehicle name alone.
Airport pickups, hotel transfers and day trips
You can request a direct transfer, return journey or a tailored itinerary. Add your flight number for airport collections and check the meeting instructions before travelling.
- Airport arrivals: plan onward transport to your hotel or private address.
- Family journeys: request child seats and space for pushchairs.
- Business groups: coordinate travel to offices, conferences and events.
- Cruise transfers: include the ship, terminal and luggage requirements.
Plan space for luggage and special requirements
List the number and size of suitcases, cabin bags and oversized items before booking. Luggage capacity can be lower when every passenger seat is occupied.
For child seats, provide the children’s ages, heights and weights. For wheelchair access or pet travel, request the appropriate service and wait for confirmation of a suitable vehicle.
