Keflavik Airport Transfers to Reykjavik & Private Addresses

Book your private ride at a fixed price

Reserve directly with Airport Collections for a fixed upfront fare. What you see is what you pay: no taximeter surprises or hidden costs.

Are Keflavik Airport Transfers for KEF or RKV?

This page covers Keflavík International Airport, identified as KEF. Reykjavík Domestic Airport uses RKV and is a separate airport, so check your flight itinerary before booking.

If you need a ride between the two airports, enter both airport names and your onward flight details. Allow for baggage collection, the road journey and the next airline’s check-in deadline.

Can I book a private ride to Reykjavik?

Request a private transfer to your Reykjavík hotel or full destination address. Include the property name and any entrance or vehicle-access instructions in the booking details.

For accommodation outside the city, share the complete address and planned stops. Our team can then review the route and vehicle before you reserve the journey.

How does my airport pickup work?

Use the meeting instructions in your private-transfer confirmation after landing. Keep your passenger phone available and contact our team if you need help finding the driver.

Travel conditions can affect the road journey, so avoid planning around a guaranteed drive time. If your flight or itinerary changes, tell our team so the collection can be reviewed.

• KEF arrivals: flight number and arrival date.
• City hotels: property name, address and access details.
• Onward flights: airport, departure time and luggage.
• Group travel: passengers, cases and large equipment.

Which vehicle should I book?

Choose a vehicle for every passenger and all luggage, including children and large items. In particular, mention pushchairs, sports bags or mobility equipment before confirming capacity.

For a larger party, explore our minivan and minibus transfers or request private coach hire with a driver. Child seats, pet travel and wheelchair access need advance confirmation for your route.

How do I book Keflavik Airport Transfers?

Use our online reservation homepage to enter the pickup, destination, date and time. Then review your vehicle, fixed fare, waiting time and service terms before booking.

For several stops or specialist needs, send our team the full travel itinerary. Finally, check the confirmation and contact us if your flight or destination changes.
