Where can Gothenburg Airport Transfers take me?

Request a private ride from Göteborg Landvetter Airport to your Gothenburg hotel, home, office or another full address. Enter the complete destination so the route and fare can be checked.

For an address outside the city, include the town and postcode. A regional property or business site may have several entrances, so add the correct reception or collection point.

How should I plan a business or event ride?

Send the venue address and the time you need to arrive when requesting your transfer. Include the event name or building entrance if the destination is a large complex.

For several meetings, provide the whole itinerary and any waiting period. Our team can review the schedule before confirming your private car service.

Where do I meet my driver at Landvetter?

Use the meeting instructions in your private-transfer confirmation after collecting your luggage. Keep your phone available and contact our team if you need help locating the driver.

If colleagues arrive on different flights, provide each flight number and arrival date. Any shared collection or waiting arrangement needs to be agreed before booking.

• Hotel rides: full property name and address.
• Business visits: venue entrance and meeting time.
• Regional travel: town, postcode and planned stops.
• Return trips: pickup address and departure flight.

Which vehicle should I book?

Choose a vehicle for every passenger and all luggage, including children and large items. In particular, mention pushchairs, sports bags or mobility equipment before confirming capacity.

For a larger party, explore our minivan and minibus transfers or request private coach hire with a driver. Child seats, pet travel and wheelchair access need advance confirmation for your route.
