Pre-book at a fixed price
Book directly with Airport Collections for a fixed-price transfer. What you see is what you pay: no taximeter surprises or hidden costs.
Heathrow pickup arrangements by terminal
Your terminal matters when booking Heathrow Airport transfers. Include the flight number and check the confirmed meeting point before leaving arrivals.
Heathrow uses designated passenger pickup areas; terminal forecourt drop-off zones are generally not pickup locations. Terminal 4 has different arrangements, so follow the instructions for your specific booking.
London hotels, meetings and Southampton cruises
Enter your precise destination to check the journey and available vehicles. London travel times vary with traffic, the terminal and the address, so leave a suitable buffer for fixed appointments.
- London stays: provide the hotel or private address and postcode.
- Business travel: add office locations and meeting times.
- Cruise transfers: request a Southampton Port transfer with the ship’s boarding details.
- Other airports: specify the onward airport, terminal and check-in deadline when requesting a quote.
Choose space for passengers, bags and special requests
Choose your vehicle by the total passengers and luggage, including children, pushchairs and oversized bags. Request minivan or minibus transfers if your party needs more space.
Child seats, wheelchair access and pet travel must be confirmed for the selected vehicle. Share those requirements in advance rather than assuming a standard car can accommodate them.

Heathrow Airport Transfers FAQs
Where do Heathrow Airport transfers collect passengers?
Use the designated meeting point in your confirmation. Pickup arrangements depend on the terminal, and the terminal drop-off forecourt should not be assumed to be the collection point.
Can I book Heathrow to Southampton Port?
Yes, request the route with your ship, cruise terminal and boarding window. Allow enough time for baggage collection and road travel.
Can I arrange a transfer to another London airport?
You can request an airport-to-airport journey. Include both flight details and leave enough time for check-in, road delays and the terminal transfer.
Do I need to provide my Heathrow terminal?
Yes, if known. Also provide the flight number so the arrival location and collection arrangements can be checked.
