Honduras Airport Transfers & Private Taxi
Plan your Honduras Airport Transfers with a private taxi or car service to your full destination address. Choose the correct airport, share your flight details and review the vehicle and fixed upfront fare before booking.
Which airport should I enter for Honduras?
Use the full airport name and flight number from your travel documents. Add the arrival terminal and complete destination address so the road pickup can be planned around the actual flight.
For help with an airport or an unusual route, send our team your Honduras airport travel details. Include both addresses and the date so availability can be reviewed before you reserve.
Palmerola International Airport (XPL) serves Tegucigalpa and central Honduras from the Comayagua area. Use the actual airport on your flight booking rather than assuming a pickup at Toncontín in Tegucigalpa.
Where can I request a private taxi in Honduras?
Request your complete road journey to Tegucigalpa, Comayagua, San Pedro Sula or another Honduran destination. Give the property name, street address and every planned stop so the quote covers the route you need.
Use the exact airport name and code from your flight booking. For a journey to Tegucigalpa, confirm whether the arrival airport is Palmerola before arranging the complete road itinerary to your property.
How do Honduras Airport Transfers work?
Use the Airport Collections reservation homepage to enter the airport, destination, travel date, time and passengers. Then review the suitable vehicle, fare, waiting time and service terms before you confirm.
Keep your flight number and arrival terminal in the request, even when you know the planned landing time. Finally, follow the passenger meeting instructions in your transfer confirmation and contact our team if the itinerary changes.
Will I know the fare before booking?
Your quote shows a fixed upfront fare for the agreed itinerary. What you see is what you pay: no taximeter surprises or hidden costs.
Include extra stops, luggage and any special requirements before you reserve. If you later change the route or travel details, ask our team to review the itinerary and confirm any updated fare first.
Which vehicle suits my airport pickup?
Provide every passenger, including children, and the full bag count before choosing a vehicle. Mention pushchairs, ski bags, sports equipment or mobility aids so capacity can be checked.
For a larger party, explore our private minivan and minibus transfers. Child seats, wheelchair access and pet travel need advance confirmation for your route.
What should I check before travelling?
Check the airport, destination address, date and passenger contact number in your confirmation. For a hotel pickup before a flight, allow time for road travel and the airline’s airport check-in deadline.
For a route across a border or involving separate water travel, send the complete itinerary for review. Vehicle availability and access arrangements need confirmation before you rely on the road journey.
